Crew of 341st Bombardment Group with B-25 in China on October 26, 1944.

Radio--Name unclear, but possibly William J. Rhoades, S/Sgt, radio-gunner; assigned 23
May 44.

Pilot - 2Lt. Trent Biswell, Jr.; assigned 14 Mar 44.

Tail gun - David E Murphy, Jr., T/Sgt; assigned 10 Feb 44, listed as
engineer-gunner on several missions; usually would have been dorsal
turret gunner. Uncertain why he is tail gunner here.

Bomb - Vincent J. Piazza, Jr., 2Lt.; assigned 4 Apr 44.

Copilot - 2Lt. Frank S. Burgess; assigned 25 Sep 44.

Eng/Top turret - Anthony E. Waskiewicz (or Waskiewisz), T/Sgt, listed as
engineer-gunner on several missions, assigned 25 May 44, to USA on 25
May 45.

Navigator - Seymour Mazer

Only explanation of two engineer-gunner's assigned on this mission would
be that the more experienced Murphy was either performing "check out" of
Waskiewicz (doubtful) or last minute fill in for whoever had been
assigned as tailgunner for the mission, but had been pulled due to
illness or injury.

(Thanks to Tony Strotman for additional info.)
