Edgar P. Loomis

Edgar P. Loomis, who was tragically lost while flying over Burma on a mission during WWII.

In this place we will have a biography of Edgar P. Loomis, who was tragically lost while flying over Burma. His family have been very gracious to let us learn about him, and to hear that they still think of him. Mr. Loomis attended the University of Oregon.  We have extensive materials, including some of the letters he wrote to his friend Wayne Johnson.  Members of his family have been wonderful to let us interview them extensively.
